1. Return Policy
All Narwail products are created with care and attention to detail. Due to the handmade and artistic nature of our work, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed, except in the case of items that arrive damaged or defective.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:

You must contact us at narwail.company@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.

Include your order number and clear photos of:

The damaged/defective item
-
The original packaging (including shipping label)

Once reviewed and approved, we will send a replacement at no cost to you.
If the item cannot be replaced, we may issue a refund to your original payment method.
What Does NOT Qualify as Damaged or Defective:
The following situations are not considered damage or defects and will not qualify for replacement or refund:

Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance due to screen settings or printing/painting processes.

Small imperfections that are part of the handmade/artistic process (e.g., brush strokes, paint splatters, minor misalignments in prints).

Wear and tear from normal handling or use.

Damage caused by improper care, storage, or cleaning after delivery.

Issues caused by shipping delays or carrier mishandling after confirmed delivery.

Any item altered, modified, or repaired by the customer.
Art is imperfect by nature. Every piece is unique, and small variations or imperfections are a natural part of the creative process, not defects.
3. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your order is marked as “delivered” by the carrier but you did not receive it, you must notify us within 5 calendar days of the marked delivery date.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate.

If the package is confirmed lost before delivery, we will issue a one-time replacement.

Narwail is not responsible for stolen packages after delivery confirmation. Consider shipping to a secure address.
4. Custom & Personalized Artwork
All custom or personalized pieces (including commissioned mini portraits) are final sale and non-refundable. No returns, exchanges, or alterations will be provided after the work begins.
5. Refunds
Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

We cannot replace a defective or lost item

Your order is canceled by Narwail before shipping
If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. DMCA & Copyright Protection
All original artwork, designs, photographs, and product images on narwail.com and any Narwail platforms are protected under the U.S. Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 101 et seq.) and international copyright laws.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our designs, images, or content is strictly prohibited.

All violations will be pursued under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), which may result in removal of infringing content and legal action for damages.

By purchasing from Narwail, you agree not to reproduce, resell, or distribute our designs, in whole or in part, for personal or commercial use without explicit written consent.

We actively monitor the internet for unauthorized use of our work.
