We are committed to getting your order to you quickly, securely, and in great condition. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received (excluding weekends and holidays).

Processing time does not include shipping/transit time.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

United States (including Puerto Rico): USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, or FedEx. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.

International Orders: USPS First Class International or FedEx International. Delivery typically takes 2–3 weeks, but may take longer depending on customs clearance and local postal delays.

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once a package is handed over to the carrier, we cannot control delays, damages, or lost items.
Tracking

All orders include tracking information, sent to your email when your order ships.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Address Accuracy

It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Orders returned to us due to incorrect addresses can be reshipped at the buyer’s expense.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once your order has been marked "Delivered" by the carrier, Narwhal is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and items. We will work with you to file a claim with the carrier.

Claims for lost packages must be filed with the carrier directly. We will assist when possible but cannot issue refunds for issues caused by the carrier.
International Customs & Duties

All international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

We do not control these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Orders refused due to unpaid customs fees will not be refunded.
Returns & Refunds

All sales are final unless the product arrives defective or incorrect.
