Shipping Policy – Narwail

We are committed to getting your order to you quickly, securely, and in great condition. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.


Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Processing time does not include shipping/transit time.


Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States (including Puerto Rico): USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, or FedEx. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.

  • International Orders: USPS First Class International or FedEx International. Delivery typically takes 2–3 weeks, but may take longer depending on customs clearance and local postal delays.

  • Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once a package is handed over to the carrier, we cannot control delays, damages, or lost items.


Tracking

  • All orders include tracking information, sent to your email when your order ships.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates after receiving your shipping confirmation.


Address Accuracy

  • It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • Orders returned to us due to incorrect addresses can be reshipped at the buyer’s expense.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Once your order has been marked "Delivered" by the carrier, Narwhal is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and items. We will work with you to file a claim with the carrier.

  • Claims for lost packages must be filed with the carrier directly. We will assist when possible but cannot issue refunds for issues caused by the carrier.


International Customs & Duties

  • All international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • We do not control these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

  • Orders refused due to unpaid customs fees will not be refunded.


Returns & Refunds

  • All sales are final unless the product arrives defective or incorrect.

  • For any issues, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
